Research Interests:

I am fascinated by skeletal muscle and its ability to constantly adapt and remodel. While in Dr. Christ’s lab, I am exploring pharmacological interventions that enhance or accelerate skeletal muscle regeneration. I am also investigating vascular and nerve remodeling and repair following muscle injury. My nerve work is also leading to a computational model that explores nerve damage and its effects on skeletal muscle atrophy/structure and function.
