Research Interests:
As a cell biologist, I am really interested in stem cell biology and how stem cells interact with their environment to maintain or change their identity. In the Christ lab, I work with muscle satellite stem cells and how they can be used to enhance TEMR mediated skeletal muscle repair. I received my B.S. in Biological Sciences from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, as well as my M.S. in Biological Sciences (concentrating in Stem Cell Biology as a CIRM Bridges Trainee). In my spare time, I love to read, take walks, and hang out with friends.
