Funding has been obtained from the Department of Defense (DoD) to support two different 5 patient pilot studies for two distinct approaches to improved treatment of volumetric muscle loss (VML) injuries. This funding is based on extensive preclinical development work performed by Dr. Christ and an outstanding, multi-institutional collaborative team. More details on the continued development of these exciting technologies will be available shortly.
